Remember that you must update the values in the sheet if you want to continue the numbering series with the next batch of tickets. For instance, if you want your next batch of tickets to start with 112, you’d open the workbook and change the value 100 to 112, and update the remaining values accordingly. Don’t forget to save the workbook after updating the values.
Reorders: If you need http://sl-inworld.com raffle tickets for an order you have place recently, that’s a pretty good problem to have. During business hours (Monday thru Friday and 10am to 1pm Saturday – EST) just give us a call (513)-733-3900. – When I’m ready to publish either a draft or a final version, I make a copy of it and label it similar to what you proposed above (e.g. “Requirement Specification V1.0 Draft A” etc.). This copy then gets published (which usually means that I distribute the link to whoever is expected to provide feedback).
A sequential numbering system typically assigns the next available or lowest unused integer as the ID Number of a new asset. Unlike an ID number assigned by an “intelligent numbering system it does not describe the asset in any way.

Word allows you to automatically number items in your document. For instance, you can automatically number figures, tables, or illustrations. If you later reorder these items, Word automatically updates the numbers so they are in order. To sequentially number items in your text, follow these steps:
Standard sizes for NCR forms are half page (5.5″ x 8.5″), full page (8.5″ x 11″) and legal (8.5″ x 14″) although custom sizes can be ordered to meet your specific need. The design orientation can be either vertical or horizontal. The link below gives you access to design templates that can be used to lay out your form in the appropriate size and orientation.
The issue I have is regarding the bates numbering for the paper. Obviously, I need to get the same bate number on each set of 4 sheets, and this number should increase for every each 4 pages. I’ve looked for a solution in Adobe Acrobat Pro and InDesign but I couldn’t find any solution for this.
Pro-sal-001, and in my opinion is better than using only letters, one big advantage is that when used in a databases, you can do powerful searchings, and when browsing on the computers, easily the documents are located by type, process, consecutive
If you need to apply numbering within a paragraph rather than to the entire paragraph, you use Word’s ListNum feature. Using the ListNum feature will allow you to take advantage of the numbering system you’re currently using in your document (it will use the one you implemented most recently if you’re not currently using a numbering system). The ListNum Field is available in Word 97 and later and interacts with multi-level list numbering (which should be linked to styles as set forth here). Here is a brief explanation of differences between the ListNum field and the Seq field.
You will find ticket choices that permit you to customize the ticket of your choice ON-LINE to your event needs with just text, text and a logo and/or photo, or even the ability to upload a ticket which you design on your own computer.
Every time a document is checked out from FileHold using a standard web browser, Microsoft Office applications or using the FileHold Desktop application it becomes a candidate for automatic version control. Version control allows managers to track the history of a document as it evolves, it records the date when the version was changed and by whom. The actual version numbering system starts at version #1 and is incremented by 1 number each time the document is changed and is checked back in.
I have done this twice now, getting flustered. The ticket part the person keeps has the correct sequential number on it, but the side that we keep has the same number on it for the whole page. What part am I missing, at first I did not uncheck the box, but this time I did but have the same number on the stub side that we keep with the person’s name, etc
This is similar to what my company is doing now. A scheme like this can be complicated and confusing, especially at a company with high turn over in roles responsible for document control. I am looking for a different numbering scheme that is sustainable in the event that I ever leave the company.
Full color on both sides of the sheet. This option can reproduce the range of colors you see in a typical photograph out of the standard 4 printing colors: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Typical examples of this are magazine covers and high-end catalogs.
You could copy the inline-numbered paragraph, update all the values, and the codes would evaluate based on the preceding paragraph. In other words, the new paragraph’s first field code would update to 8, the second to 9, and so on. But you can reset a code and thereby subsequent codes using a special switch as follows:

They can be automatically generated by the document management. Automatic generation uses consecutive numeric values starting from a given initial value and a given number of digits. The automatically generated value is not shown before document is added which helps to ensure document number uniqueness. If the document management system provided a number in advance then there is a chance the user would not use the number or forget about it and then you would need to manage unused and canceled numbers. The document number will not be changed when a document is checked out or in. The number is generated when the document is added and remains constant throughout the life of the document.
“Will this be on the test?” “Yeah, about the test. The test will measure whether you are an informed, engaged, and productive citizen of the world, and it will take place in schools and bars and hospitals and dorm rooms and in places of worship. You will be tested on first dates, in job interviews, while watching football, and while scrolling through your Twitter feed. The test will judge your ability to think about things other than celebrity marriages, whether you’ll be easily persuaded by empty political rhetoric, and whether you’ll be able to place your life and your community in a broader context. The test will last your entire life, and it will be comprised of the millions of decisions, that when taken together, make your life yours. And everything — EVERYTHING — will be on it.”

To recap, you use a DMax function to return the highest number in the Sequence and increment it by 1. You assign the incremented number to a control on your form and then immediately save the record. If your identifier includes additional information from the record, you use an expression that concatenates that information with the sequence number to display the full identifier.

I like your solution, but it only seems to half-solve the problem. At the start, you point out that the V1.0, V1.1, V2.0 system makes it unclear whether V1.1 is a minor revision of V1.0, or a draft for V2.0. This is exactly the problem I have with one of my documents where we have both types of change (it’s a weekly report file, so each week I have new data and a new major version number, but if I make any minor change to that week’s report, I want to keep it with the same main version number) and I’ve just been handed the V1.0 system to use.
