“how to get consecutive page numbers in word _create numbered tickets in indesign cs5”

John, Sorry for the delay, but I was away last week with limited Internet access. I assumed if you had a Save button, you would know how to put code behind it. To see the code behind a button, Select the button in Form Design Mode and open the Properties Dialog (Right click and select properties), on the Events tab there should be something in the On Click event of the button. If you click the Ellipses […] next to the event, it will open Code Builder where you can enter the code.

I need a way for the priority level to automatically adjust when I add or change an item with a new priority level. I might have 6 tasks, each will have a different priority. If I add one and set it to 1, the others need to increment + by one digit. Adding one to the above the highest would see no change in the others. Adding one in the middle would spread the rest apart (e.g. I have a 3, I put a new record and put it at 3, the old 3 becomes 4, and so on (everything below it would increment one digit).

Voucher is any document on which an information about the business activity is recorded and the same is approved/authenticated/authorized by the relevant person in the management. Thus voucher is any document that proves that a particular transaction did happened and the person responsible for such transactions knew about it.

But, if it is possible to create and Auto increment fields. then we can assign some unique ID to collectors. and then while merging all the data from different devices, we can easily exploite our database.

Hi! I hope you help me with this. I have the almost same problem as #2. I have PassengerTable as table name, then I have the following fields: sequence (to follow what you have in your post), transaction_date, and transaction_ID. Basically I want the to have sequential numbering in the transaction_ID where month and date from transaction_date is shown. i also have a generate (Command27)button as trigger.Tried the code with few modifications, but it sequence doesnt populate, and doesnt show any, except for what i have in control for transaction_ID which is the “Format(transaction_date,”yyyy-mm”) & “-” & Format(sequence,”000″)” and this only shows the year and date, so instead of 2015-08-001 it shows 2015-08-.

If you have already developed a set of specific code numbers that you want to use to track and categorize customer responses, you can type these numbers into a column of the data source that you plan to use for the mail merge.

The WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro plugin allows your store to have sequential, rather than random, order numbers. Additionally you can customize your order numbers by setting a starting number, order number length, and custom prefixes and suffixes. Instead of your order numbers looking like 15, 16, 37, and so on, they could now be WT-01000-UK, WT-01001-UK, or whatever format you prefer!

So I spent some time trying to figure it out, playing with Normal.dotm and the various styles (List paragraph, List Number, List Bullet etc etc). And finally, when I’ve got Normal.dotm open (i.e. I’m editing that template file), I get my result: I apply a standard numbered list, and it comes up flush left (i.e. not indented) and hanging at 1.0cm (cos I don’t use inches…) and with a tab stop applied at 1.0cm as well – funky stuff!

The ObjectID or Auto Incrementing field approach give the most user friendly Ticket Number, but the necessity to be connected and the fact that it is completely managed by the database rule this option out in some scenarios.

Give your brand, your sponsors brand or your advertising a boost with custom Tickets from Admit One Products. You’ll get maximum exposure when your organization’s logo or slogan is displayed on the front or back of your ticket as customers purchase and hold their tickets. Often tickets are kept as keepsakes and mementos for years to come and end up in scrap books to remember the great time they had at an event.

As an example, assume you were planning on selling your 500 tickets (each with 2 sets of numbers) for $5. It is much smarter to order 1000 tickets (each with 1 number set) instead. Instead of selling the tickets for $5 each, sell them 2 for $5 (you’ll raise exactly the same amount of money). 1000 standard raffle tickets will cost you less than half the price of 500 “2 number random tickets”.

GREAT tip with lots of uses! Thank you. This will save me hours of work on some tickets I’m designing. However, I also need to set up table tents that have numbers on them. They’re 2-up, and are folded, so each number needs to appear twice on the same page. In short, I want a page with 1/1 and 2/2, and I’m getting 1/2 and 3/4. Am I missing an obvious fix? Thank you.

Its not that its not as straight forward, though it is more complex. Its more that it requires a completely different method to generate a number. Plus a you would have to add checking to ensure uniqueness. Plus you then have to partially rewrite your code when you reach 999 members.

The problem with the previous example is that it’s OK since you only need it in one place but you will have several places where it is used, you now have to qualify the instance of VBA.Collection to each place – not insurmountable but too easy to get messy and hairy very fast.

As part of the IATA Simplifying the Business initiative, the association instituted a program to switch the industry to 100% electronic ticketing. The program concluded on June 1, 2008, with the association saying that the resulting industry savings were approximately US$3 billion.[2]

Ok I guess it is better for me to explain what I am doing. I am in the process of creating an Access Database that an individual has been using an Excel spreadsheet forever and a day. Well the individual has on occasion doubled up numbers, forgot numbers, etc. So on what I have learned from different Access courses and Google searches I am trying to apply my knowledge.

You are able to customize the numbering scheme at any time: before, during or after you apply it. You can customize all nine heading levels or only the levels you are planning to use. Some fields in the Customize dialog box are the same as the Numbered List Customize dialog box. The fields unique to Outline Numbers are:
