IATA later implemented the Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) standard for such information. This way, airlines could consistently expose and capture such fees at time of booking through travel reservation systems, rather than having to surprise passengers with them at check-in.
If you need to give sequential ID according to the sorted field, then You need to use XtoolsPro, where you can sort the field and then create a sequential ID according to the sorted field. This will create a new shapefile as output with sorted field and ID according to the Sorted Field.
By default, the WordPress post ID will be used as ticket ID’s but this results in gaps within the number sequence due to the way in which WordPress works. For example, your first ticket may be assigned an ID of 100 but the next ticket may be 103. With sequential ticket numbers enabled you will ensure that an ID of 101 is assigned to the next ticket.
Once you’re sure that the legal bases are covered, you’ll want to be sure that your raffle tickets make running the show easy and successful. Printing your own tickets can help. It could save you money and it gives you complete control over how your tickets look.
I am printing many pages of tickets. Each page has 5 tickets and I would like to sequentially put a number on each ticket. I have tried to use the auto page numbering feature but that is putting the same number on each of the 5 tickets and then increments for the next page — not what I need. Also, can the numbering not suppress the leading zeroes? Thanks.
Now repeat for the second and third tickets. But not the fourth, because that’s at the end of the page, so Word will skip to the next number anyway, because the next page always gets the next item in your merge list. Your document should look like this:
The final scenario is very similar to Scenario 2. The two main differences are in the criteria of the DMax and the expression to display the identifier. The document table already has two fields to identify a
Hello! I already have automatic numbering set up (to change paragraph numbers automatically when paragraphs are moved within a document) but I would also like to have automatic lettering within the same document that is independent from the numbering. Example, paragraph 1 references Exhibit A, paragraph 2 references Exhibit B, so on and so forth. Currently using the above referenced method, the auto numbering then follows as if the letters are a representation of the corresponding number (if that makes sense), ex: 1 B 3 C 5 D. How do I have the number sequencing independent from the letter sequence? Thank you in advance!
Other venues: To expand your selling efforts, consider any and every place where there’s a lot of foot traffic. You can sell raffle tickets at church potlucks, outside of convenience stores and drugstores (with permission), and at PTA meetings.
I’m chairing our school’s fundraiser gala, and found these last year after a very frustrating experience with a similar Avery product. These are MUCH better, and I love that they come pre-numbered. Overall a stellar find.
A cursor in a script can override this order by using the ORDERBY keyword in an SQL expression to change the order of the records as they are read, or by processing a cursor twice to first load and process the records in a sorted list and then to write the values back to the table based on the sorted list. I prefer the two cursor method, since ordering the records on disk is much slower than reading them in their default order and then sorting them in an in-memory list. My solution in my next post uses a cursor to first read and sort the sequentially numbered data and then uses the Field Calculator to do the write operation in place of a second cursor.
Thanks, Scott! I was having a problem a few weeks ago getting the sequence field to populate and thought it was the data type based on another blog I read, but then added the If/Then statement. Just changed the data type back to integer and it’s working again.
I have done this twice now, getting flustered. The ticket part the person keeps has the correct sequential number on it, but the side that we keep has the same number on it for the whole page. What part am I missing, at first I did not uncheck the box, but this time I did but have the same number on the stub side that we keep with the person’s name, etc
